Dr. Antoine E. Chahine is the President of the Blood & Cancer Center, Inc. He also is the section chief of the Department of Hematology-Oncology at Mercy Health: St Elizabeth Hospital Medical Center Youngstown, OH.
Dr. Chahine received his medical degree 1985 from The American University of Beirut, Lebanon. He completed a three-year residency in Internal Medicine in 1989, followed by a three-year Fellowship in Hematology/Oncology and Bone Marrow Transplant at University Hospitals of Cleveland, Case Western Reserve University in 1992.
In July 1992, he joined the Blood & Cancer Center.
In 1993, Dr. Chahine was awarded the rank of assistant professor of Clinical Internal Medicine at Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine. He is a fellow of the American College of Physicians (FACP). He is a member of the American Society of Oncology (ASCO) and the American Society of Hematology (ASH). He is also a member of The American Medical Association and The Ohio State Medical Association. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine in Hematology and Oncology. Dr. Chahine has published articles in Hematology and Bone Marrow Transplant.
Dr. Chahine resides in Canfield, OH, with his wife, Aline Saab Chahine, and his three children, Lea, Lynn, and Steven. He plays tennis and piano and likes to watch football.
Dr. John Graham grew up in Cortland, OH. He graduated summa cum laude from The University of Akron, Akron, OH. He received his medical degree in 2012 from Northeast Ohio Medical University, Rootstown, OH. Dr. Graham completed a three-year residency in Internal Medicine at University Hospitals Case Medical Center, Cleveland, OH. Then he performed his Fellowship in Hematology/Oncology at Orlando Regional Medical Center, UF Health Cancer Center, FL.
Dr. Graham has published articles in Hematology-Oncology and presented research at national meetings. He is a member of the American medical association. Dr. Graham is Board Certified in Internal Medicine in Hematology and Oncology.
Dr. Graham is interested in CrossFit, skiing, model building, and science fiction short stories.
Dr. Vaibhav Verma, a specialist in Hematology-Oncology, is a native of India. He received his medical degree in 2006 from the Dr. Rajendra Prasad Government Medical College in Tanda, India. In 2012, Dr. Verma completed a three-year residency in Internal Medicine at Nassau University Medical Center in East Meadow, NY. Then he performed a three-year Fellowship in Hematology/Oncology at the State University of New York (SUNY), Downstate in Brooklyn, NY.
Dr. Verma has published articles in the World Journal of Oncology and Experimental Hematology Oncology and presented research at national and international meetings. He is a member of the American Medical Association. Dr. Verma worked in Morgantown, WV, and Sharon, PA, before joining Blood & Cancer Center, Inc. in 2021. Dr. Verma is Board Certified in Internal Medicine in Hematology and Oncology.
Dr. Verma resides in Canfield, OH. He plays guitar and sings at local open mics whenever he gets a chance. He also likes Snowboarding.
Melissa Ann is an Ohio board of nursing CNP certified, a family nurse practitioner, a registered nurse in the State of Ohio, a DEA certified, and a BLS certified from the American Heart Association. She joined the Blood & Cancer Center, Inc. in 2020.
